Naples the Beautiful – Long gone are the days when Naples was known as a quiet little fishing village. Major development began after the Tamiami Trail connecting Naples to Miami was built in 1928. Just down the street from the Naples pier, you will find the Palm Cottage, being Naples oldest House built in 1895. It still looks magnificent even though it is surrounded by million-dollar homes now.
